LAN Systems Directors and staff attend launch of new Canon Multi-Functional Devices.

At a packed launch in Manchester, Canon unveiled their latest ImageRUNNER Advance range of digital multi-functional devices.

The new range starts with the C5000 series which is aimed at the SME market and offers print speeds up to 51ppm colour and black & white. The range also includes 30, 35, 45 ppm models. The C7000 series offers printing at either 55 or 65ppm and supports heavier paper (up to 300gsm).

The top of the range C9000 series is aimed at large corporate reprographic departments offering colour and black & white speeds at up to 70ppm and a comprehensive range of finishing options.

These machines represent another milestone in Canon's history, with their innovative use of bio plastics and the industries highest levels of energy efficiency.

Canon have also developed a new toner technology (pQ) which helps to significantly reduce operating costs whilst maintaining image quality to the standards that users expect from a Canon device.
