As part of the companies commitment to network security, Lan Systems have decided to expand their security product portfolio with the addition of the Checkpoint Safe@Office range of UTM (Unified Threat Management) appliances.

"We see the addition of the Safe@Office appliances as a good fit within our existing portfolio" said Lan Systems Managing Director Wayne Taylor. "Especially with the recent release of ADSL and Wireless devices, we can provide a single unit for all SOHO communications" he added.

Lan Systems Technical Director, Phil Taylor recently completed a product authorisation training course at the Checkpoint Distributor, Wickhill in Woking, Surrey. Lan Systems are now able to sell the full range of Safe@Office devices including the Security Management Portal software which allows remote managment of an almost unlimited number of Safe@Office.
